Role
Will be responsible for providing support on the Company’s community investment programs
and projects at all work sites in compliance with applicable National, International and
Company’s standards.

Main Responsibilities
• Support the execution of Community Investment strategies, programs, initiatives and events;
• Collaborate with the Block’s partners to develop plans and execute strategic events in fulfillment of the Company’s community engagement strategies;
• Serve as a subject matter expert to employees on Community Investment's programs, policies and processes;
• Support implementation of the Project’s Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Sustainability Plan, Local Content Plan and Grievance Mechanism;
• Support community relations events in coordination with the Block’s partners;
• Support internal and external communications related to the company's community investments;
• Attend in external events to cultivate and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, Public Policy, Communications, Public Relations, or similar field;
• At least five years’ experience in community investment area.

• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Demonstrates advanced community investment and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Demonstrates consistently strong organization and program management skills;
• Exceptional written communication, research and analytical skills;
• Outstanding writing, editing and presentation skills;
• Knowledge of industry HSE best practices and national and international HSE legislation;
• Strong teammate who can work across teams to drive results;
Self-driven with ability to manage community investment programs to deliver outstanding results with minimal guidance;
• Able to thrive in a dynamic work environment, effectively managing multiple programs and projects simultaneously while still paying close attention to detail;
